Aluminium headboard secures the driver and cabin with style and lightweight Alucar headboards are carefully tested to fulfill standard SS 2563:1978. They are available in two main models: HD -Heavy Duty and ST 50 -light version. Both models are made of anodized aluminium double wall profiles, which are attached together by tight profile joints. The structure resists very well collision and scratches from logs without dents. Headboards are fixed to subframe by bolted aluminium support brackets.

HD is suitable choice when wood bundles will be leveled against the headboard by trucks own crane. ST 50 is designed for terminal transport trucks or semitrailer usage, when separate loaders are used. Both models have been thoroughly tested by SS standards in independent testing institute.

Both headboard models can be equipped by different model grapple parking racks, shovel bracket, integrated tooltray, hose storage, window, perforation or even integrated rear/ worklights according to any wishes.
