TITAN-Bunks

Light and strong steel and aluminium combination bunks that guarantee maintenance free and economical timber transport. TITAN 90 and 100 are additionally suitable for a 2/4 bunkcombination.

The weights in our TITAN- series varies between 107-182 kg per bunk including two stakes. The length of the stakes affect the final weight. Telescopic stakes can be installed on a height between 2 250-3 400 mm.

TITAN 50

TITAN 50 represents our 5-ton capacity bunk, with bunkframe of steel and aluminium stakes

TITAN 100

Titan 70 Fastlock

The fastlock mechanism allows a quick-release of the aluminum stake. If you intend to change the position of your stakes with multiple transport options, the Fastlock stake and socket are an absolute choice. Fastlock sockets that are welded, can be placed across the frame to operate without the bunkframes.

Features

Design

For decades, the design and ease of use of our Titan Bunk have convinced users around the world.

The bunkframe can be painted as desired and the standard color is black.

Technology

A wedge connects the stakes and skedbar together, without using a bolt connection outside the skedbar.

Practicality

By combining the lightness of the aluminium stakes, with the benefits of a steel skedbar, an optimal ratio of lightness and durability can be achieved.

Removable stakes as a standard, simplify spare part maintenance and all designs are available with one-size, or with extended, stakes. The narrowed down part of the stake can be placed either inside, or outside. Lights can be placed on top of the stakes. Service life of the bunks is long!
